drink Guinness
and witness the madness
of writing the words

Poems don’t have to make sense, right? I like the sound of this – I suppose it’ll have to be enough. I had to get St. Paddy’s Day out of my system early, but it may still make an appearance for TLT tomorrow…
love guinness! 🙂

Madness? Maybe. Makes me think of Irish writers writing in bars–which they may or may not have done. And all the s sounds adds texture in the hearing. Beauty in the photo as well, speaking to the Irish of me. Thank you!

Thank you 🙂
If I remember correctly, there’s a Literary Pub Crawl in Dublin that takes you to all the pubs one or more of the many Irish writers used to write and drink in. I’m not sure how much of it is based on urban legend, though. But yes, I thought of them, too.

I simply cannot express the fullness of the love I have for this, and for the nectar that is Guinness. What a delightful St. Patrick’s Day gift!
