It’s loosely based on a boss I used to have – you just had to take a look at the pictures in his office and you knew what to expect. He was a real nightmare…

Wow, I’ve never met anyone like that in person, only seen them in movies. But then, the weird people I have met do tend to end up as inspiration for my stories, so the odder, the better — for writing, at least!
