Okay, I’ve clearly lost my blogging mojo. If anyone has any advice on getting it back, do let me know (likewise if I’ve forgotten to include your lines in the round-up…).

Have a great week!
I’m participating in the OctPoWriMo Challenge — adding an image and keeping my poetry lines shortish….one word prompts, do a slew and schedule them out {or if you’re like me, push yourself to do one a day!}. I do much better when I know my time and inspiration is elsewhere to sign up for a challenge 🙂 This is the poem I wrote for yesterday (and I’m reading blogs instead of cleaning or continuing updates on my blog now…hmmm….) 😉 Good Luck! https://bikurgurl.com/2016/10/09/octpowrimo-2016-day-8-porous/

I’m hoping NaNoWriMo will get me back on track. I’ve given up on October, but I need to get some NaNo planning done… And I’m glad I introduced you to Inktober 😀

I’ve not kept up with that!! I’d complain, but life is good 😉 I hope to catch up this week!!

How about revisiting some old 100 word stories and telling them from another perspective?

I recommend giving yourself a break! Sometimes it just takes a week for me, and then I’m pumped and ready to go again 🙂

It’s taking longer than a week but maybe, just maybe, I’m getting ready to come back. Thank you 🙂

I think You have missed my story from week 36 but I am not sure if I have done it correctly this time. Please have a look. It is called Emotional trash. Thank you 😛

I didn’t see a pingback from you under the weekly prompt post, that’s why I haven’t included you. If you want to make sure I catch your lines, you can add your link in the comments of the weekly post, then you’ll most likely make it into the round-up when it goes up. I’ll add you now 🙂

Oh, I would know for future reference. Thanks a lot.

I like the idea above of reworking some previous stories from another perspective/genre/angle/timeframe… 🙂 Good luck, and sending you some positive mojo thoughts. It happens. And then it happens back again.

Thanks, Nadia! Yes, I think revisiting old stories might do the trick – I’ll give it a try 🙂

My muse left me many times — and hasn’t returned this time around. It’s tough — everyone has to find their own way. For some, it’s committing to a challenge like OctPoWriMo or PAD or A to Z. Commitment makes me panic now — used to be a kick starter.
Taking a break, trying different genres or challenges/prompts. Spend time reading other blogs — something I don’t spend enough time doing. You’ll get to know folks better, and might get some ideas.
Maybe — gasp — take a break from TLT or get guest hosts while you explore other ideas. Austin Powers go his mojo back — so will you.

I can’t seem to find the energy to go to WordPress at the moment. Mind you, I’m beginning to miss it, so maybe that’s a good sign. Thanks for the suggestions 🙂
