Welcome to Week 60 of Three Line Tales.

You’ll find full guidelines on the TLT page – here’s the tl;dr:
- Write three lines inspired by the photo prompt (& give them a title if possible).
- Link back to this post (& check the link shows up under the weekly post).
- Tag your post with 3LineTales (so everyone can find you in the Reader).
- Read and comment on other TLT participants’ lines.
- Have fun.
Happy three-lining!
Thank you Sonya for the awesome picture. 🙂

This was different for me…certainly dark, but it was fun to write something so different.

I don’t know what it was about the sign, the curlicues of the neon, the crayon-orange glow, the declaration that the meats to be found therein were of “Quality,” as opposed to “Good Quality” or “Crap Quality,” but whatever it was, I stepped inside the Meat Market.
The Butcher ‘s apron was drenched in blood, some dried, some as fresh as the recent rainfall.
He looked over the counter at me and said, “I’ve been waiting for you Vegan, but your bony carcass won’t cut the mustard here.”
