  1. Gee, I can tell you the size of the people who live here, from the clothes hanging outside, and the TV shows they watch..

    TV shows? Does the antenna tell you that?

    No. They come out in the courtyard, when the national channel stops telecasting soaps and news.

  2. Lovely photo prompt! Here’s my submission

    “How on earth can you be making such a scandalously insensitive remark that your dear wife, who so very obviously dotes on you and is ever so very homely and loving is cheating on you by having an affair with another man?,” Ramesh lashed out at Aravind who stood askance, binocular in hand, staring at his own house from the terrace of another building some twenty metres away.

    Aravind smirked and looked at his childhood friend before thrusting the binoculars into the hands of the latter, “I recognise all the clothes hung on the clothesline except that off grey underwear in the middle which clearly is not mine.”

    Reeling under shock, Ramesh turned around and walked away fearful his eyes may reveal the truth that was embedded in his heart.
